Yaskawa Electric (Malaysia) Sdn. Bhd. office is equipped with a training center with 1 unit ES165 robot (spot welding) and 1 unit EA1400N robot (arc welding). We have a medium size classroom enough to accommodate more than 6 persons at one time. After they attend a chapter, we will let them have a hands on practise so that they can applied the theory that they studies to the real application. This enhanced the effectiveness of the training conducted to them. Pictures of our training room are shown below. The robot usage and application training can be conducted either at our training center or at customer places. Our training courses include robot operations and maintenance so that customers can utilize robots for their best use with effiency.

Yaskawa Electric (Malaysia) Sdn. Bhd. 's engineering staff provide good after sales services to customers. They arranged a quick follow-up after received an emergency calls from customers. We will try to help customers to solve their problems through telephone conversation first and if solution cant be found by customer themselves then we will go to their places and have troubleshooting or check for the problems that occurred and arranged for necessary spare parts. After that, they will go to the customers place to replace the spare parts and make sure or confirm that the robots resume normal operation. We always ensure customer satisfaction in our services.

With enough spare parts, customers plant no need to stop production for long time waiting for the new spare parts to deliver to them.
